Taxes and fees are added to all rates. All reservations require a credit card guarantee and payment in full at check-in. At certain times of the year, reservations must be paid in advance and may be non-refundable. If there is a need to cancel your reservation and we are unable to replace the booking, all nights not rebooked will be charged to your credit card. In certain situations a gift certificate for will be granted for unused nights and if we are able to replace your booking there will be a $35 transaction fee, per night, per cottage.
